In the Wroclaw region 14,000 weddings per year. Many brides from nearby countries (Germany, the Czech Republic and even Switzerland) also plan their purchases in Wroclaw, thanks to the favorable exchange rate of the national currency against the zloty.
Thanks to professionalism, aggressive marketing, price pressure, emphasis on design and quality, we are able to get at least 360 sales in the first year, and take at least 2.5% of the market volume.
That will allow us to get more than $100K of net profit.

The overwhelming majority of competitor salons (at least 3/4) do not have a stable position in the market, therefore they cannot exert strong competitive pressure.
It is in our power to take away at least 10% of the market volume from them, or even squeeze them out of the market.

Our asset is the talented fashion designer Ksenia Nauti.

OUT-OF-HOME ADS - Handbills printing, and distribution in places where brides to be visit - wedding photographers, catering, etc. Two billboards in the center of Wroclaw.
E-MAIL MARKETING - The prospective bride shares her email address in return for downloading useful free content. Thus, we can interact with her via e-mail until the moment she decides on the purchase.

The funds will be used to purchase equipment and furniture, the first consolidation and activation of marketing activities.

Risks

- BAD LOCALIZATION
We will most responsibly approach the choice of localization, where the design workshop will be launched. Future customers may not like the location of the wedding dress sales point in the apartment. We will strive to maximize the appearance of the workshop to the salon, and facilitate traffic to customers.
We will prepare in advance for the event of failure, and we will keep in reserve the second option with localization.
Financial losses from a bad choice will not be more than $900.
- INABILITY TO RECRUIT STAFF
There's no doubt that poor recruitment decisions of the bad employees can have long-term impacts for Company - and fixing an underperforming employees can take some time to set right.
Therefore, recruitment may initially be difficult. We will try to reduce the risks associated with recruitment, based on the experience of the best recruitment agencies. By setting the level of wages at the level of "just above average", we will be able to count on a higher loyalty of applicants to our
company.
